A 6-Session Journey of Mindfulness and Compassion

Belinda will be recruiting participants in 2026 for a 6-week course as part of her research project in Mindfulness and Compassion at the Nan Tien Institute where she is undertaking a Masters of Arts.
This research explores the integration of mindfulness and compassion-based practices and their effects on wellbeing. Participants will engage in a structured 6-week program designed to cultivate mindfulness skills and compassionate awareness.
Dr Ratcliffe is a current postgraduate student at the Nan Tien (Buddhist) University, where she studies the novel application of mindfulness and compassion training which she has developed. Her work is driven by a deep motivation to embody and promote compassion in all aspects of professional and personal life.
